How does your company work?

Ans: We have a strong Business Development team whose job is to entirely take care of new job requirements including client communication. for instance, when we get any work request, our business development teams take charge of communicating with clients. we offer all kinds of data entry and processing services.

How will you do my work?

Ans: First, your work will be assigned to our data Analysis team who will understand your requirements and map out a work strategy with a perfect period that it will take to complete your work. then work will be handed over to our operations team under the supervision of a Team Leader who will do quality checks during the process and after completion of work. We also run a second Quality check after completion of work by our Quality Managers and then dispatch work to client in the format specified, and invoice is raised

How much do you charge?

Ans: Our pricing is more on an hourly basis than on the type of work you present. You can send us your work sample so that we can give you the best work quote. Our approximate price list is as follow:-

Offline Data Entry: 2.50 - 3.50 USD per hour

Online Data Entry: 3.00 - 4.00 USD per hour

Data Conversion: 2.50 - 3.50 USD per hour

Web Research: 3.00 - 4.00 USD per hour

Scanning Services: 2.50 - 3.50 USD per hour

Website Development: 8.00 - 10.00 USD per hour

Graphic Design: 5.00 - 7.00 USD per hour

What legal steps do you take for Data Security?

Ans: Once your project deal is fixed, we sign a NDA (Non Discloser Agreement) form with our clients and if they (our clients) need any additional formality from there end for the same project, we are always open to more contracts and agreements.

In which format will you provide the outputs?

Ans: This aspect depends on the kind of work, and the type of format you want. we have all the needed facilities to provide you with any format such as; MS Excel, MS Word, PDF, CDs etc. This section is definitely discussed with the client from inception when we accept any project.

How much time will you take to start work?

Ans: We can start working on any project within 24 hrs after your approval. in case of urgent requirements we can start working on projects immediately after finalizing the project deal.

What if our work flow will increase without any prior notice?

Ans: We have skilled staffs that are capable of handling urgent jobs irrespective of time or deadlines. in addition, we work 24 hours a day 7 days a week for 3 various shifts to enable us complete the given task with great qualities within the given period.

What system of data transfer of the core files do you apply?

Ans: We have an Secured FTP server, which can be used for transferring all kind of documents and files.

What will you do with my data after completion of work?

Ans: we create Data in two forms. we send you your jobs in hard copies and then destroy them from our systems when we are certain that you are satisfied with them. while we retain materials in soft copies as backup in a secure place for future purposes. We assure you of a well-secured data that will never be disclosed to a third party.

How much time will it take to complete a project work?

Ans: well, that depends on the volume of work. for any type of work, we can provide you with samples that describes our charges and also shows you the quality and turnaround time for different volumes of work.

Can you complete my work in a high turnaround time like with 24 Hrs, and if yes, is there any additional charges for that?

Ans: We do give special attentions and preferences to our customers who want their works completed on priority within short turnaround time, although there may be small additional charges for that. in most case, we do not implement additional charges but when the project work is a little more critical than expected, then we charge a little extra for that.

How can I make payment to you?

Ans: You can make payment by various payment options, such as PAYPAL, Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, Money Booker etc.

Do we need to make Advance payments?

Ans: Yes, we do charge Advance payments, which can range from 10% to 30% on assigned works to help make the work process better and on time too.

What about the Data security?

Ans: We use all kinds of updated software and monitoring tools to make sure that your data are secure in all terms possible. In additional, we return or destroy retained data as discussed and agreed with client.

Do you provide sample before commencing live on the project? Do you also charge for sample work?

Ans: we can show you sample works if you want but we do not charge for it. sample works are absolutely free but there are limits to samples we give out.

Do you provide any Discounts on Bulk or Huge works?

Ans: Our charges are very nominal for various Data Entry and Processing works, which can be compared in the market. Still we may negotiable sometimes depending on the volume of the job and man power requirement etc.
